I'm a Lead L&D Technology Architect with 10+ years designing, building, and scaling the instructional technology ecosystem for a 100,000-employee Fortune 100 enterprise. For every platform I architect, I own the full lifecycle - building/configuring the system, then designing and delivering the onboarding and performance support that gets L&D teams to proficiency quickly. That same pattern drives my AI work: I lead both the technical architecture and the strategic direction of AI inside our Talent Development team, building custom assistants on our internal LLM platform, designing the supporting curriculum, and offering performance coaching to users for AI-enabled workflows. I drove a 600% increase in xAPI data generation by partnering with teams throughout the business and coaching them on how to leverage measurable learner-engagement metrics.
